研究工作 |
主要從事海洋微生物代謝工程研究,致力于從海洋微生物中發(fā)現、分離和鑒定具有抗感染、抗腫瘤等活性的天然物質(zhì),并進(jìn)行組合生物合成研究,用代謝工程手段改造和優(yōu)化其結構與活性,為發(fā)現和研制海洋微生物藥物先導化合物奠定物質(zhì)基礎。在海洋放線(xiàn)菌次級代謝產(chǎn)物的分離鑒定和活性評價(jià)、海洋微生物代謝產(chǎn)物的環(huán)化代謝工程、糖苷類(lèi)藥物的糖基化代謝工程研究領(lǐng)域做出了杰出貢獻。 | ||||
