        海洋微生物來(lái)源新藥源分子和新功能酶的發(fā)現
        (1)海洋新藥源分子的發(fā)現:采用隨機篩選和基因組挖掘相結合的方法發(fā)現海洋微生物來(lái)源新藥源分子,并提高其產(chǎn)量。
        (2)海洋新功能酶的發(fā)現:揭示海洋微生物合成天然產(chǎn)物的新機制,發(fā)掘具有綠色催化功能的酶。
