        中國近海海龍科魚(yú)類(lèi)系統進(jìn)化與群體遺傳和海龍科魚(yú)類(lèi)的適應性進(jìn)化。
        		
                         
        
                         
        
                           
        研究工作
        		
                             建立了中國沿海海馬、海龍優(yōu)勢種群的DNA條形碼數據庫，發(fā)現1個(gè)海馬新種，揭示基因型與表型存在分歧；參與完成全球首個(gè)海馬全基因組測序項目，揭示海馬“豎直游泳”之謎；完成腹囊海龍全基因組數據分析，揭示海龍科魚(yú)類(lèi)在魚(yú)類(lèi)界中進(jìn)化速率最快；將海龍科魚(yú)類(lèi)腹鰭丟失分子機制提高一個(gè)分類(lèi)階元；首次從全基因組層面揭示海龍科魚(yú)類(lèi)育兒袋/類(lèi)胎盤(pán)與哺乳動(dòng)物子宮/胎盤(pán)趨同進(jìn)化；相關(guān)研究結果發(fā)表在國際頂級期刊Nature，National Science Review上。
