        海草床碳存儲及其對人類(lèi)活動(dòng)和全球變化的響應機制

        海草床生態(tài)修復
        研究工作

        主要從事海草床碳存儲及其對人類(lèi)活動(dòng)的響應機制和海草床生態(tài)修復研究。近年來(lái)主要研究成果如下:通過(guò)大范圍的野外觀(guān)測與調查,發(fā)現我國南海海草床有機碳庫具有較高的穩定性,底質(zhì)類(lèi)型是決定其穩定性的關(guān)鍵,富營(yíng)養化會(huì )削弱其穩定性;從海草床水體、凋落物和沉積物三個(gè)層次,揭示了富營(yíng)養化通過(guò)誘導“共代謝效應”的發(fā)生,從而削弱海草床有機碳儲量的機制;研發(fā)了適用于熱帶海草床的無(wú)污染生態(tài)修復技術(shù),并構建了熱帶海草種子和幼苗的最適移植技術(shù),使熱帶海草移植存活率從20%提升到70%以上,并在熱帶退化海草床進(jìn)行了移植修復示范,為我國藍碳生態(tài)系統碳匯功能的保護和提升提供支撐。
